Kaiserschmarrn

My journey to Amsterdam resulted in some...let's say adventures in the world of cooking. I took my chances and tried some things beyond microwave and frozen pizza, starting with one of my favorites: Kaiserschmarrn. A picture says more than a thousand words so there we go:

Kaiserschmarrn

I looked up the English translation and it would be something along the lines of "cut-up and sugared pancake with raisins", except there were no raisins. It worked out rather well and it tasted really good. The fruits next to it are apples and pears. Very good as well.
